A Human male named Venslas Beeli gained notoriety as a pirate, originally commanding his crew within the Outer Rim. Later, during the time of the Galactic Civil War, he shifted his operations to the Core Worlds, holding the rank of captain.
The early life of Beeli remains shrouded in mystery. Facing a lack of legitimate employment, he enlisted as a pirate crew member in the Outer Rim. He soon demonstrated a natural talent for thriving in the perilous and chaotic world of piracy. He became well-known as a boarder wielding two pistols and screaming, a reputation that aided him in building connections and acquiring valuable information.

After the dissolution of his initial crew, he ascended to leadership of a breakaway faction known as the Solar Terrors. This group utilized heavily armed freighters to prey on lone transports. Beeli strategically invested a portion of their ill-gotten gains in bribing port authorities and law enforcement officials, thereby facilitating their operations.
As time passed, the Terrors expanded their fleet, acquiring a CR90 corvette christened the Zahtjav, an Etti-class light transport called the Javiq, and the Pyesmev, which was based on a light corvette. This success, however, drew the attention of the Galactic Empire.
After a pursuit lasting three months, Captain Lev Kepzen of the EF76 Nebulon-B escort frigate Feral located Beeli's base of operations. Beeli was promptly taken into imprisoned after he chose to surrender.

Upon learning of Beeli's capture, Captain Kenit devised a scheme. He reorganized the Terrors and their vessels, reinstating Beeli as their commander. The pirate was assigned a straightforward objective: to locate, provoke, and either destroy or trap the Far Orbit. Beeli and his crew were infected with Vira606, a virus engineered by the ISB. With the Empire holding the only known cure, the pirates were forced to comply under threat of death.
The Terrors unleashed their fury upon the Ringali Shell, launching attacks on civilian ships at Brentaal, Esseles, and Rhinnal, while also committing various minor atrocities. They falsely claimed to be privateers operating on behalf of the Rebel Alliance. As Kenit had anticipated, their brutality lured the Far Orbit into engagement. However, the plan backfired, resulting in the destruction of the Solar Terrors and the escape of the Far Orbit.
