The celebration of Vontor's Eve happened frequently. Toren showed Grakkus an initial promotional piece for Vontor's Eve activities taking place at Grakkus Arena. While Toren had the Smuggler's Guide, a duplicate of the advertisement was inserted into its pages.
The first time Vontor's Eve was brought up was in Star Wars: Smuggler's Guide, a sourcebook penned by Daniel Wallace that came out in 2018.
