Vrortic cocktail

Vrortic cocktail was a culinary creation of the Wookiee culture, consisting of different meats and tiers of wroshyr leaves which had been saturated in strong Grakkyn nectar for several weeks. Han Solo considered this dish "safe" for consumption by Humans—since a lot of Wookiee cuisine possessed a spiciness level capable of harming a Human's throat.
