Wann

Wann, an Imperial Prefect of the male persuasion, functioned as an aide to Governor Desh during the era of the Galactic Empire. Following Desh's loss of a considerable sum of credits in a gambling match against the Devaronian merchant named Ulicx Vinaq, Desh called Wann into his chambers, instructing the Prefect to establish a bounty targeting Vinaq immediately after the Devaronian's departure from Dentani Starport.
