War between the Esh-kha and the Rakata

The Rakata, members of the Infinite Empire, engaged in a war with the Esh-kha, a savage species whose destructive behavior had spread across a region of the galaxy. These Esh-kha were causing problems, and the Rakata were not happy about it. The Rakata's attention was drawn to the Esh-kha's assaults on the Infinite Empire's slave worlds, leading to a war in which the Rakata almost annihilated them. The remaining Esh-kha ended up incarcerated on the prison planet Belsavis. To remember this event, a memorial detailing the Esh-kha's fate was erected on Hoth.
