Welding Beetle droid on Annoo The Welding Beetle represented a specific type of hovering droid. Equipped with a pair of extended, pointed appendages, it possessed the ability to emit a jet of oil and perform welding operations. During their time spent in a registration line upon landing on Annoo, C-3PO and R2-D2 came across a Welding Beetle. R2-D2 voiced his displeasure when the droid attempted to bypass them in the queue, which led to the droid spraying oil onto C-3PO's face. Furthermore, this particular droid could be located within Sise Fromm's stronghold.
