Wend was a Human male, the youngest child of Bordon and the younger sibling of Tallo (Star-Wake), according to Human and male sources.
In the year 1000 BBY, Wend accompanied his father, brother, and the pilot Irtanna on the Star-Wake, an Envoy-class shuttle, for a rescue mission to his homeworld of Ruusan. This mission occurred following the devastating Seventh Battle of Ruusan. After the Sith were annihilated by the Thought bomb, Wend, together with his brother and Irtanna, joined the Republic fleet to save numerous survivors from the planet. During this operation, they rescued a girl named Rain, who was later discovered to be Zannah, a newly trained Sith apprentice.
He, along with the rest of the Star-Wake's crew, met his death at the hands of Zannah, who commandeered the vessel for transportation to Onderon. He was the final member of the crew to perish.
