Biography

Xathan, a male individual of a reptilian humanoid [species](/article/species-legends], came into existence sometime before 29 BBY. His professional life was dedicated to the field of archaeology. In 10 BBY, Xathan penned One Thousand, One Hundred and Thirty-Eight Wonders of the Ancient Galaxy, which saw publication on Beshka through TriPlanetary Press. Ten years later, the young Human named Tash Arranda made use of that very book while editing an essay that detailed a trip she had taken to the planet Lorrd alongside her adoptive uncle, Mammon Hoole. In 4 ABY, Xathan and his assistant, Fem Nu-Ar, were contracted by the Empire to locate the planet known as Seoul 5. Ultimately, they succeeded in their search, discovering the former home of an ancient Human civilization. However, upon leading Imperial forces to the planet, Xathan and Nu-Ar found themselves imprisoned. Han Solo eventually came to their rescue.

Personality and traits

Being a reptiloid, Xathan possessed a tall stature, with green skin and yellow eyes. He had a tendency to address others in a manner that was both slightly condescending and affectionately charming, often using terms like "my dear," "m'lad," or "m'boy."
