The laboratory belonging to the Falleen Prince Xizor, situated within the Factory District of Coruscant, served as a hub for his scientists' research into brainwashing methods and Human replica droids. This facility, active in 19 BBY, was the location of a massacre when feral droids eliminated all personnel present. Later in 19 BBY, Xizor brought both the captured assassin Kaird and the droid 10-4TO to this very location.
