During the time of the Galactic Civil War, Ydra Kilwallen of the Ydra Kilwallen became Sibwarra upon her marriage. Six months prior to the Battle of G'rho, Ydra was enjoying a vacation with her parents when a fellow Force Adepts disappeared on Chandrila. Fearing what the Empire might inflict upon them were she discovered, she departed the planet with their son, Dev, neglecting to inform her husband of her sudden departure due to the urgency of the situation.
