In the time before the Clone Wars, the Falleen referred to the most contaminated area of their capital city, Falleen Throne, as the "Yellow District." This name arose because Falleen had seen a rapid increase in factories being built, many of which did not control their pollution. Consequently, the atmosphere near these factories was thick with pollutants and appeared yellow when illuminated by Falleen's star.
