The YT-2600, a creation of the Corellian Engineering Corporation, functioned as a freighter. Though it had numerous parts in common with the YT-1300 light freighter, it was viewed as a more sophisticated design. Notably, a reactor originating from a YT-2600 supplied energy to levels 4 to 8 within Echo Base.
