Zone Twelve was a title used by the Alliance to Restore the Republic to describe a section of terrain situated outside of Echo Base, the Alliance's main base of operations, found on the frigid world of Hoth. Station 3-8 was positioned in the vicinity of Zone Twelve. Furthermore, the Viper probe droid known as XJ9-CS14 traversed this zone.
