1044 Chapel, situated on Chapel Street in the industrial district of Capital City on the planet Lothal, functioned as a warehouse. Amidst an Imperial clampdown, Yahenna Laxo, who led the Gray Syndicate, instructed Rosey to relocate the poet Holshef to this warehouse. Holshef was providing Laxo with credits as payment for sanctuary from the Empire; however, when Laxo betrayed him by selling him to a bounty hunter, Holshef divulged the warehouse's whereabouts to Merei Spanjaf and requested that she guide the bounty hunter to him so he could claim the bounty. Not long after, Spanjaf's actions resulted in an Imperial raid that led to Laxo's demise.
