Ameé

Ameé was a female individual who was born on the Mid Rim planet Naboo around 54 BBY. In 40 BBY, they began serving as the Queen of Naboo for the Royal House of Naboo after their predecessor, Queen Ekay, left the position. That year, Princess Fanry of the Inner Rim planet Pijal considered inviting Ameé and other young galactic leaders to her world for a summit. However, her lord regent Rael Averross rejected the idea. Days later, Fanry decried democracy after seizing absolute power at her coronation, insisting that she wished to become a warrior queen, similar to Ameé and other queens of Naboo, on behalf of her people. In 36 BBY, Ameé left their position as Naboo's monarch, and Queen Réillata took their place.

Ameé was first mentioned, albeit indirectly, in Master & Apprentice, a 2019 novel written by Claudia Gray. The queen was first identified by name in Star Wars: Timelines, a 2023 reference book. Gray indicated that the inclusion of Fanry and the other young rulers the princess mentioned in the novel—which included Ameé—was important, stating in an interview that she did not judge a world's decision to have relatively inexperienced leaders if it worked for them.
