An auxiliary battlegroup was an organizational formation only, with no assigned commander, and they were never deployed as a fighting force but instead as a corps resource. The battlegroup consisted of three COMPNOR Regiments, and the corps ground support wing. It included 10,130 personnel, 390 repulsorcraft, and 40 starfighters of varying types.
Auxiliary battlegroups could be augmented by the addition of three line regiments, and an assault regiment.
