Ben Teene was a human male pilot of the MG-100 StarFortress SF-17 Crimson Bolide during the Evacuation of D'Qar. He spotted incoming First Order starfighters approaching the Resistance Bomber squadrons and advised the rest of the unit. He was subsequently killed along with the rest of the squadron during the attack on the Mandator IV-class Siege Dreadnought Fulminatrix.
Ben Teene was portrayed by Ben Morris in the 2017 sequel trilogy film, Star Wars: Episode VIII The Last Jedi. The character was identified only as "Resistance Bomber Pilot Teene" in the film's credits, although "BEN" is visibly written in Aurebesh on the side of his helmet in the film. The Resistance Conversion Kit, a 2018 supplement to Fantasy Flight Games' Star Wars: X-Wing Second Edition, then confirmed Ben to also be the character's first name.
