The Corbantis system was a star system located in the Chaykin Cluster.
During the Clone Wars, it was located in the outskirts of Separatist space.
The system was the site of a skirmish between several capital ship during the Clone Wars. This skirmish included the Republic assault ship Prosecutor, which had been taken by Trandoshan slavers and mercenaries (with the help of Separatist scavenger droids) with the loss of all hands including Captain Martz. The ship was recovered by Delta Squad's clone commandos but it was soon attacked by a Separatist Lucrehulk-class Droid Control Ship. The battle later included the Acclamator-class assault ship Arrestor which helped to destroy the Lucrehulk-class while Delta regained the operational use of Prosecutors automated turbolaser batteries.
