Before his expulsion from the Imperial Navy for assisting Wookiee slaves, Han Solo, as a budding Imperial officer, received assurances of a promising future within the Corellian Sector Fleet. In the course of the Galactic Civil War, Moff Naomi Dargon held command of a Star Destroyer fleet in the Corellian sector. At one point, she employed this fleet to bombard the planet Froz from space, due to its lack of allegiance to the Empire, resulting in the decimating of all living things on the planet's surface. The Corellian Engineering Corporation provided the fleet with anti-pirate starfighters and gunships.
