However Sabé noted that Amidala seemed to be becoming more isolated and spending less time with her staff and friends. Ellé and Moteé took on a more traditional role of a handmaiden, serving Amidala but not working as friends and confidants, due to Amidala's secret marriage to Jedi Padawan Anakin Skywalker. Dormé recommend telling Ellé and Moteé about the marriage.
