It is with a heavy heart that I must announce my resignation as bureaucrat and administrator here at Wookieepedia. My workload in the real world has drastically cut into my available online time, and I've barely found opportunities to edit in the past year, let alone perform my duties and responsibilities. Maybe in a few months I'll have time to edit once more (assuming my own ongoing ambivalence regarding the new canon situation resolves itself), but I doubt I'll ever again have the kind of time I need to give this position the time and focus it deserves. I thank you all for the time you've given me in the job - I don't exaggerate when I say having earned the honor of serving in this role has been one of my proudest achievements. But my pride has blinded me to the fact that I've not lived up to the responsibilities that accompany it for some time now, and its past time I acknowledge that. I wish you all the best of luck as the site goes forward, and maybe I'll be able to edit with you again in this brave new world of Star Wars canon if work ever becomes less onerous.
