I have been given the role of Chief Editor, acting as a temporary head while our leader Cylka is away. I want to extend my gratitude to Soresumakashi, Tommy9281, Dark Lord Trayus, Menkooroo, NaruHina, Grunny, Eyrezer, and everyone else for the faith you've placed in me and for your support. Your confidence means a great deal to me, and I promise not to disappoint. Now, let's get to work. I plan to contact most members to inquire about their continued participation in the project. They will have one week to respond. If I don't hear back, I'll assume they're occupied with other commitments and remove them from the active list. Additionally, we need to discuss updating existing articles, reviewing our GA and FA articles, and making necessary edits. If you have any questions, please reach out to me on my talk page or via e-mail.--Jedi Kasra (comlink) 02:33, July 20, 2010 (UTC) - Good news, I am now able to access IRC. What time would be suitable to hold a meeting?--Jedi Kasra (comlink) 09:15, July 22, 2010 (UTC) - Should we aim for sometime next week? We should not wait any longer than next weekend, because we only have a week to get the Jedi Civil War article up to the required standards (INQ 35 is on August 7th). The usual INQ meeting times work well, as that means only one or two of us needs to be awake at odd hours. Would Thursday be a good day? NAYAYEN:TALK 19:32, July 24, 2010 (UTC) - INQ meetings are generally at 0:00 of a given day, which translates to 8:00 PM for me. Thursday is perfect, and the meeting can go on for as long as needed. We have much to discuss. Any project member unable to attend should perhaps leave notes here.--—Jedi Kasra (comlink) 19:49, July 24, 2010 (UTC) - Sounds good to me. JethLordMaster 20:12, July 24, 2010 (UTC) - Also, anyone who is interested in joining the project that isn't already a member, or any admins, Inqs, ACs, and project leads, are welcome to join, should you want to.—Jedi Kasra (comlink) 20:28, July 24, 2010 (UTC) - Also, anyone who is interested in joining the project that isn't already a member, or any admins, Inqs, ACs, and project leads, are welcome to join, should you want to.—Jedi Kasra (comlink) 20:28, July 24, 2010 (UTC) - Is that 00:00 UTC on Thursday? OK wait what? Is this 0:00 UTC Thursday or Friday? Nayayen says it like it's Friday 0:00 UTC. Me and (probably) Grunny are in AEST (+10), so it'll be 10am here. I'll try to attend from school. I should be able to make it; it'll be around my period 2/recess time. SoresuMakashi 02:26, July 26, 2010 (UTC) - Hold on, I'm confused. Is the meeting at midnight UTC on Thursday or Friday? Nayayen's comment implies it's Friday at 0:00 UTC. Since Grunny and I are likely in AEST (+10), it will be 10:00 AM for us. I will attempt to join from school; hopefully, it will be during my second period or recess. SoresuMakashi 02:26, July 26, 2010 (UTC)

Nayayen's correct, 0:00 Friday is 8:00 PM Thursday in Virginia, 5:00 PM in California, etc. Looking forward to seeing you there.—Jedi Kasra (comlink) 05:11, July 26, 2010 (UTC) - That's right, Nayayen is correct. Hi guys, I probably won't be able to make it to the meeting. My wedding rehearsal is Thursday night :) But if there's a report I'll give it a read. First off, let me just say congratulations, Taral! Anyway, I'll see if somebody can save a transcript of the meeting. Thanks! I was actually about to do a forum post for this anyways, so I may as well bring this up here: perhaps we can create a list of source material everyone here has access to. For example, I just did an update to Endar Spire, but don't have the The Complete Star Wars Encyclopedia. So if there's a list of what books/comics/games we all have that's relevant to the Project, then it would make it easy for me to ask one particular person to look it up. That's all I have to add right now. Also, in an unrelated note, can someone please check the Endar Spire in the Encyclopedia and tell me on my Talk Page if there's anything important in it? Thanks. Taral, Dark Lord of the Sith 14:56, July 26, 2010 (UTC) - I appreciate it! I was planning on creating a forum post about this, but I might as well mention it here: perhaps we could compile a list detailing the source materials each of us possesses. For instance, I recently updated Endar Spire, but I lack access to The Complete Star Wars Encyclopedia. Therefore, if we had a list of relevant books, comics, and games, it would be much easier to request specific information from someone who owns them. That's all I wanted to bring up for now. Also, on a separate note, could someone please consult the Encyclopedia for information on Endar Spire and share any important details on my Talk Page? Thanks again. First off, let me just say congratulations, Taral! Anyway, I'll see if somebody can save a transcript of the meeting. Any notes or concerns you wanted to leave for the meeting?—Jedi Kasra (comlink) 14:51, July 26, 2010 (UTC) - To begin, congratulations, Taral! Moving on, I'll check to see if someone can record the meeting's transcript. Do you have any concerns or notes you'd like to share for the meeting?—Jedi Kasra (comlink) 14:51, July 26, 2010 (UTC)

That
It would be helpful if we had a project where I could easily ask someone specific to check something. That’s all I wanted to say for the moment. On a different subject, could someone please examine the Endar Spire entry in the Encyclopedia and let me know on my Talk Page if there's anything noteworthy? Thanks. Taral, Dark Lord of the Sith 14:56, July 26, 2010 (UTC) - I am present in that channel and recording everything, so I can tidy up the logs and share them after the meeting. A surprisingly rescheduled job interview requires me to leave the house by 7 AM, and the meeting is at 1 AM; getting only 5 hours of sleep might not be wise. Regarding taking notes... Updating the Jedi Civil War page needs to be a top priority. I can help with the Atlas material if needed. Additionally, we should consider re-nominating our previous articles for FA/GA status, especially now that the comics are complete. I might tentatively (is that uncertain enough? =P) volunteer to work on Mandalorian Wars, possibly as a co-project if anyone else is interested. Also, concerning Taral's comment about sources, I've compiled a list of relevant WOTC web content. If desired (and if there are no significant copyright issues), I can convert the Google cache saves to PDFs and make them available on that list or via email. Ironically, even after posting all this, I'll probably still be around for the meeting. NAYAYEN:TALK 21:07, July 29, 2010 (UTC)
