Gung Slabs

The Gung Slabs, a collection of monolithic artifacts, were discovered on the planet Naboo. Their importance lies in their role in deciphering the Gungan language, specifically the ancient dialect of Old Gungan. Each slab featured inscriptions of Old Gungan on one face and corresponding text in Olys Corellisi on the opposite side.

These ancient objects, when combined with the research conducted by Burro Flats, a philologist working at the Baobab Archives, significantly advanced the galaxy's comprehension of Gungan culture and their linguistic heritage.

Behind the scenes

The narrative and significance of the Gung Slabs bear a striking similarity to the historical Rosetta Stone.
