Horn Company was a company of clone troopers within the Grand Army of the Republic that was led by Clone Captain Lock and Jedi General Eeth Koth during the Clone Wars between the Galactic Republic and the Confederacy of Independent Systems.
In 21 BBY, Horn Company attempted to defend the Venator-class Star Destroyer Steadfast as it was attacked by General Grievous near the Arda system, deep in the Outer Rim Territories. The company failed to stop Grievous' assault and most of the unit was forced to flee in escape pods before their Jedi General was eventually captured by the Confederacy.
Horn Company was a company of clone troopers that served within one of the Grand Army of the Republic's battalions and was made up of four platoons, totaling 144 clone troopers along with support personnel. The company was led by Jedi General Eeth Koth and Clone Captain Lock.
The clone troopers of Horn Company wore Phase I clone trooper armor with sand green and yellow markings, along with yellow emblems on their chests depicting a set of horns, which identified them as members of the unit. Eeth Koth had black versions of Horn Company's emblem painted on the forearms of his Jedi armor. The company's clone troopers wielded DC-15S blaster carbines in combat.

In 21 BBY, during the Clone Wars between the Galactic Republic and the Confederacy of Independent Systems, Eeth Koth's flagship, the Venator-class Star Destroyer Steadfast, was engaged by Separatist forces under the command of General Grievous near the Arda system, deep in the Outer Rim Territories of the galaxy. Having opened fire on the Steadfast and initiated boarding maneuvers, Separatist forces boarded the star destroyer, as one of Horn Company's squads, led by Captain Lock, fought invading super battle droids until they were ordered by Jedi Master Eeth Koth to flee in escape pods. Lock objected to the order, telling Eeth Koth that he would be facing commando droids. Koth replied that the commando droids did not matter and that Lock and his troopers needed to move to the escape pods immediately.
As the droid general made his way to the Steadfast's bridge, the Zabrak Jedi and his last troops were forced to confront the cyborg in one final stand. Having cut through the bridge's blast doors with his lightsabers, Grievous taunted the Jedi before allowing a squad of commando droids to rush into the bridge, killing most of the defending members of Horn Company and several clone naval officers. Eeth Koth managed to defeat the attacking commando droids, with assistance from a surviving member of Horn Company, but both were eventually overpowered by Grievous and his IG-100 MagnaGuards, who had entered the room and took Koth hostage following a brief duel.
Horn Company first appeared, albeit unnamed, in "Grievous Intrigue," the ninth episode of the second season of the Star Wars: The Clone Wars animated television series, which aired on January 1, 2010. The company was later identified in Star Wars: The Clone Wars: New Battlefronts: The Visual Guide, a Dorling Kindersley reference book written by Jason Fry and published on August 30, 2010.
