Mon Calamari Civil Authority

The Mon Calamari Civil Authority was a group who had a bounty out on the Draag criminal Slaag Lado in 32 BBY. The group wanted Lado for allegedly creating a huge seismic attack that led to immense environmental damage in the Salinrerian Sea and resulted in constant rain on the site. In the bounty posted for Lado, the Civil Authority noted the Draag's ties to another group, known as the Calamasthon Defiance. It is unknown if the group was connected with the Mon Calamari species of the planet Dac.

The video game Star Wars: Bounty Hunter, released by LucasArts in 2002, mentions the Mon Calamari Civil Authority in its bounty information for Slaag Lado, a character who appears in the game's second level. The information from Lado's entry is repeated in Star Wars: Bounty Hunter: Prima's Official Strategy Guide, published in 2002, and in The Complete Star Wars Encyclopedia, published in 2008.
