Pax was first mentioned in the current Star Wars canon in the fourty-third issue of Star Wars: Build the Millennium Falcon magazine, published around October 28, 2015. Pax's first in-universe appearance came in the form of being depicted on a map viewable in Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser, an immersive roleplaying experience at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida that opened to the public on March 1, 2022.
