Around 382 BBY, a conflict occurred between the Galactic Republic and the Togruta government. Jedi Knight Vildar Mac was supposed to go to the Togruta front line, but instead turned it down to and took Convocation duty on Jedha.
As a result of this conflict, tensions between the two groups would last for almost two centuries.
