The Senate Action Subcommittee for Corellian Trade Spine Defense was an action subcommittee of the Galactic Senate formed during the Clone Wars to coordinate the defense against Confederate encroachment along the Corellian Trade Spine. It was chaired by Rodian Senator Onaconda Farr.
In 20 BBY, Farr used his position to transfer three newly commissioned Venator-class Star Destroyers from their assignment at Duro using fraudulent requisition datamemos placing the three vessels as undergoing "shakedown refurbishment" at a classified location. In reality, they had been transferred to Rodia. He additionally bribed the Iseno Senator Ronet Coorr to redistribute warships from Iseno to Rodia with millions of credits and promised rebuilding contracts on Ando. That year, Duro fell to the Confederacy, and an SBI report a month later revealed Farr's complacency in the event. He withdrew from his position in the Senate.
Later, critics of Republic policy used the corruption to advocate weakening or eliminating all action subcommittees.
