The Sisar Run was a hyperspace route. The smuggler Platt Okeefe mentioned the route while writing about the possibility of creating her own guide for smugglers in the book known as the Smuggler's Guide at some point prior to 3 ABY. She stated she would require readers of the theoretical guide to have completed five Sisar Runs to gain basic access to the guide, with advanced access requiring three Kessel Runs.
In the new Star Wars canon, the Sisar Run was first mentioned in the 2018 reference book Star Wars: Smuggler's Guide, which was written by Daniel Wallace. It was created for the Star Wars Legends continuity, where it was first mentioned in the 1995 Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game supplement Alliance Intelligence Reports, which was released by West End Games.
