It was there that they cruelly experimented on the indigenous Nelvaanians, transforming them into grotesque, mutated cyborgs. This transformation involved a distinctive application of microelectronics combined with 3L41UH7 mutagenic serum, all so General Grievous could use them as his elite soldiers in the war effort. Before they could flee the planet aboard their Hardcell-class interstellar transport, Anakin Skywalker either harmed or eliminated these engineers.
The voice acting for the Skakoan combat engineers was done by James Arnold Taylor, while the main Techno Union scientist's voice was provided by Nick Jameson.
