The Confederacy of Independent Systems negotiated with the Togruta colonists on the planet Kiros. The people would be removed for their safety during the Clone Wars. When the Grand Army of the Republic invades the planet days later, Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker and his Padawan, Ahsoka Tano, are confronted with the mystery of the missing Togrutas. After defeating the Separatist commander, they capture a smuggling ship and use it to infiltrate the planet Zygerria. There they discover the Togrutas have been sold as slaves.
Anakin became the queen's consort to save his Padawan, who was captured and sold to Kiros, where her people were taken. The queen tries to betray the Separatists and is cut down. Skywalker then saves the Togrutas from certain death from the slave masters.
