A children's medcenter ran by the Sisters of the Ninth Plane was located on the astronomical object Novor. By 231 BBY, the Hutt Clan enforcer Ola Hest was sent to collect protection money from the medcenter. The Sisters refused to pay and told Hest to leave. In response, the enforcer aimed her frigate's thrusters at the building and brought it down, killing all who were inside, later claiming that the incident was an accident. Eventually, the enforcer was captured by Jedi Master Porter Engle.
In 231 BBY, while imprisoned aboard the Galactic Republic prison ship Restitution, Nihil Tempest Runner Lourna Dee was informed of Hest's actions at the children's medcenter by fellow prisoner Sestin Blin. She also told Dee that she did not believe it was an accident and that the enforcer had known what she was doing and wanted people to know what she was doing.
