A human male bartender worked at the Alcazar cantina located in the Outer Rim planet Akiva's capital city Myrra during the Imperial Era as an employee of the crime lord Surat Nuat, a man who also ran an Akivan gang. In 4 ABY, the former Imperial loyalty officer Sinjir Rath Velus and his Twi'lek companion Orgadomo Dokura ordered drinks from the bartender, who was idly watching them while chewing a thin green leaf. Although Velus requested a serving of jogan fruit brandy, the worker informed him that the Alcazar did not serve it and suggested that he order a different alcoholic beverage such as a variant of ale, grog, or starfire 'skee.
Velus opted for a mug of 'skee, giving the bartender ten credits for it. Afterward, Velus bribed the worker with 100 credits to introduce him to Nuat despite his reluctance to spend his drinking money. When the crime lord arrived at the venue shortly afterward, the bartender pointed him out to Velus. The former loyalty officer considered demanding his credits back, feeling swindled, but ultimately decided not to ask.
By the time of Velus's visit, the bartender had a scruffy, unkempt appearance and was missing several teeth in his mud smear–colored smile. The Alcazar employee cared little for cleanliness, allowing substances to sloppily ooze down his chin. Velus compared the bartender's appearance to an individual of the Wookiee species and his slimy, sweaty skin to that of a worrt creature.
The bartender appeared in Aftermath, a 2015 novel written by Chuck Wendig as the first installment in Star Wars: The Aftermath Trilogy.
