Unidentified moon (Werta system)

Intending to capitalize on the rare and tempting opportunity presented by the base's discovery, and despite the rumors that the find could be a cunning bait for an Alliance trap, the Empire carefully planned an assault on the Werta system moon. An Imperial Immobilizer 418 cruiser was used to interdict hyperspace travel to and from the star system, after which the moon housing the Rebel base was subjected to a concerted attack. During the assault, the Imperial forces neutralized the base's defenses and took Rebel prisoners.

The Werta system moon was mentioned in the 2009 sourcebook Galaxy at War, which was published by Wizards of the Coast for use with the Star Wars Roleplaying Game. Within that book, the moon was mentioned in an adventure seed for use with the Star Wars Roleplaying Game. This article assumes that scenario plays out as described. The StarWars.com Online Companion to the 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas placed the Werta system, and therefore the moon, in grid square J-16.
