Hey there. all the issues that article had would actually be clear if you check the message above, which includes links to pages for basic instructions such as the Manual of Style and the Layout Guide. In short, the article did not had any linking, and was missing the {{Top}} template, infobox, categories, etc, along with major grammatical issues. Since it did not meet any of these minimum requirements, it was deleted per "extremely low-quality article creation."
