Uxbeg was a smuggler and rival to Lo Khan. Uxbeg was contracted to deliver a shipment of spice to Spadda the Hutt, but was kept busy while delivering a load of bulk yeast paste to Stars' End in the Corporate Sector. Lo Khan arranged to intercept the spice shipment and deliver it himself.
