Uxbeg, a smuggler, was originally tasked with transporting a spice shipment from the royal governor of the Thokosia system to Spadda; however, Lo Khan took the shipment and personally delivered it. Even though Spadda paid Khan less than agreed upon for the delivery, the sum was still enough to secure Khan's financial future.
