The Valarian Pod Racers Bunker was a bunker used as a base of operations for podracers affiliated with the Valarian Syndicate during the Galactic Civil War. It was located on the planet Tatooine, southwest of the city of Anchorhead. In 1 ABY, Barada, Jabba the Hutt's chief mechanic, hired a spacer to investigate the bunker because he suspected the Valarian podracer pilots to cheat. The spacer was tasked to find some samples of the fuel cells and fuel dispersion tubes from Valarian's crew chiefs and mechanics. Barada eventually ordered the assassination of Doane Watki, Lady Valarian's podracer champion.
The Valarian Pod Racers Bunker was a location in the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies, a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game developed by Sony Online Entertainment and published by LucasArts, prior to its closure on December 15, 2011. The Valarian Pod Racers Bunker was added to the game as part of the revamped "Jabba's Theme Park," released with the "Publish 25", a.k.a. the "New Game Enhancements," on November 15, 2005.
