Through the use of parasitic brain worms, a Geonosian queen could also reanimate and control corpses. While in search for Archduke Poggle the Lesser, the Jedi Master Luminara Unduli and trooper Buzz faced a group of dead Geonosian warriors controlled by Queen Karina the Great.
The Dathomirian Nightsister called Old Daka knew a magic chant that could produce zombies. During the Clone Wars, Daka used that resurrection spell to revive a group of corpses from a neighboring graveyard. That Army of the Dead participated in a battle to repel the Separatist forces led by General Grievous.
Yoda encountered multiple illusions of undead Sith Warriors on Moraband during his mission there. They appeared to be incapable of harming him physically.
Project Blackwing, an Imperial project developed before or during 18 BBY, was meant to produce immortality. However, the project accidentally produced a virus that transformed humanoids into cannibalistic undead. The virus had some ability to communicate with itself, allowing it to slowly learn how to operate machinery and weapons.
Around 12 BBY, Mother Sssl, a Mustafarian priestess, infected dozens on Mustafar with a plague that transformed them into zombies. Sssl led her army in an attack on Fotress Vader, the castle of the Sith Lord Darth Vader, who she tried and failed to infect with the virus as well.
In 0 ABY, Jedi Padawan Luke Skywalker and rogue archaeologist Doctor Aphra encountered a horde of zombies under the influence of Abersyn symbiotes at the Citadel of Ktath'atn. Between 0 ABY and 3 ABY, an outbreak of the virus on Dandoran infected numerous Imperial stormtroopers, transforming them into a hostile army of Undead Troopers.
According to a story told decades after the Galactic Civil War, an Imperial engineer named Aklin used a Sith ring stolen from Galactic Emperor Sheev Palpatine's collection to raise technicians that had died during the construction of the Death Star II to finish their assignment. The ring was later taken by the Dark Lord Darth Vader with the intent to return it to the Emperor, his Sith master, but not before the workers had completed their task.
The Great Mothers on Peridea were able to use their magick to revive volunteers from Grand Admiral Thrawn's Night Trooper legion in order to delay Commanders Ahsoka Tano, Sabine Wren, and Ezra Bridger from interfering in their plans.
