Abyssin Outpost, situated on the Outer Rim Territories planet Serenno near the Carannian hills and the capital city Carannia, was a base of operations run by Abyssin mercenaries from the year 42 BBY onward. The Abyssin forces controlled this location.
During the Serenno invasion in 42 BBY, Jedi Master Sifo-Dyas employed the Force to create a dust storm. This was a diversionary tactic intended to target the outpost's comm tower. While Oster and a fellow Abyssin Guard were preoccupied by the dust storm, Jedi Master Dooku eliminated them both. Subsequently, Dyas seized control of a tank that belonged to the Abyssin Mercenaries.
