Adam Savage

Adam Savage, born on July 15, 1967, is a special effects designer and industrial designer. He contributed to the creation of ships and miniature sets for ILM in _The Phantom Menace_ and _Attack of the Clones_. During the making of Episode II, Savage almost made an uncredited appearance in the movie. This was because they needed someone to stand in for Temuera Morrison as Jango Fett's hand. However, just before the scene's filming, Savage was asked to go and construct something away from the stage.

His claim to fame is his role as co-host of MythBusters, which aired on the Discovery Channel, alongside Jamie Hyneman. In 2014, they presented a special _MythBusters Star Wars Special_ episode. Savage, together with Hyneman, lent his voice to a character from the Galactic Empire in Phineas and Ferb: Star Wars.
