Ahto City cheese

Ahto City cheese was a variety of cheese that was used as an ingredient in various dishes. This cheese was offered as a topping at Dex's Diner, a restaurant run by the Besalisk chef Dexter Jettster. Dex's Diner was located in the CoCo Town area of the planet Coruscant, and Jettster enjoyed the taste of the Ahto City cheese topping on the Manaan slider. The slider cost 6.7 credits and was inspired by the ocean planet Manaan, whose [capital](/article/capital/legends] was Ahto City. The cheese accompanied Selkathian seaweed and relish on a grilled firaxan shark fillet, all served between two medium-density, trans-shipped foodboards. Dex's Diner served the slider sometime before it was destroyed within the first two years of the Galactic Empire's reign.
