Aidan Barton played the parts of young Luke Skywalker and Leia Organa in the movie Star Wars: Episode III Revenge of the Sith. Even though he wasn't credited, the film gives him a special acknowledgment at the end.

Barton's parents are Roger Barton, who edited the film, and Andrea Wagner-Barton. When it was time to film close-up shots of baby Luke and Leia, Roger Barton mentioned that he had recently become a father and suggested using his son for those scenes. According to Aidan Barton, he was only used for close-ups in the scenes where Luke and Leia are given to their new families on Tatooine and Alderaan. He clarified that he wasn't the baby in the scenes where Padmé Amidala gives birth on Polis Massa. For the scenes he was in, his mother brought him to the set and also acted as the people holding the babies, specifically Rebecca Jackson Mendoza as Breha Organa and Bonnie Maree Piesse as Beru Whitesun Lars. Except for the moments when the babies are handed off, his mother was the only person actually holding him.
In 2019, Mark Hamill, the original actor for Luke Skywalker, posted on Twitter that Barton played both Luke and Leia. However, he mistakenly used pictures of someone else. This prompted Barton's mother to email Hamill's manager to correct the information, and Hamill then made a new post to fix the mistake. Following this incident, the Barton family planned to have lunch with Hamill, who lived nearby. Unfortunately, the COVID-19 lockdown began on the day they were supposed to meet, and the plans were canceled.
