Alien Enclave

Ambassador Commons, an Alien Enclave A designated area known as an Alien Enclave existed within the city of Voss-Ka on the planet Voss, specifically set aside for individuals from other worlds and those not native to Voss. Because entry into Voss-Ka itself was prohibited for outsiders, these Alien Enclaves were established to accommodate off-world visitors. A notable example of these was the Ambassador Commons, situated in close proximity to the Tower of Prophecy.
