The Allanar N3 light freighter was a light freighter design that was utilized in the time of the Galactic Empire's era. This particular ship model generally needed a crew complement of between four and seven individuals, and it featured a hyperdrive, a trio of sublight engines, and several laser cannons positioned at the front.
A specific vessel, known as AL6-KM44, was one of the numerous freighters employed for the purpose of delivering provisions to the Kurost transfer point; at this location, the provisions were moved onto larger freighters before being transported to the covert construction site of the Death Star.
Within the Anoat sector of the Outer Rim Territories, Allanar freighters also found use with the Trade Spine League, which was a collective of smugglers together with unaffiliated mercenaries. Among the Allanar vessels operating under the League's banner were the Mother of Pearl, the Cruel Mistress, the Space Manta, and the Pretty Profit.
