Allard, a planetary body, resided within the Outer Rim Territories Occlusion Zone, and was classified as a world. Following the destruction of Starlight Beacon, Avar Kriss made a journey to a settlement on Allard. There, the Nihil elucidated to the inhabitants the characteristics of their governance, along with the function of the Stormwall.
