Allard Lissara was a Human male who served the Galactic Empire as an officer during the era of the Galactic Civil War. Post-Battle of Yavin, Lissara held the rank of lieutenant and was stationed on Naboo at the Emperor's Retreat. In the year 1 ABY, Lt. Lissara received communication from Jaek Vercet, the Imperial Representative in the Naboo city of Moenia, concerning a Rebel informant willing to switch allegiances to the Empire. This individual was prepared to share intelligence in exchange for Imperial immunity. Consequently, Vercet enlisted an Imperial operative to accompany the Rebel informant to Allard Lissara at the Emperor's Retreat. However, the informant suffered an attack and sustained injuries. Immobilized, the informant tasked the Imperial operative with conveying a specific codephrase to Lissara: "Wookiees walk at night in the trees of Naboo." The operative successfully delivered the correct codephrase, earning commendation from Allard Lissara.
Within the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies: An Empire Divided, Allard Lissara appeared as a non-player character. This massively multiplayer online roleplaying game was developed by Sony Online Entertainment and published by LucasArts, before its servers were shut down on December 15, 2011. The character of Lt. Allard Lissara was implemented into the game on March 24, 2005 with the release of Publish 14.1.
