Andy Secombe, whose birth name is Andrew Secombe and who was born on April 26, 1953, is a voice actor from Wales. He is best known for voicing Watto in both Star Wars: Episode I The Phantom Menace and Star Wars: Episode II Attack of the Clones, and he also voiced the character in a number of video games. The comedian, actor, and singer Harry Secombe was his father.
