A parent, specifically a mother, resided on the planet of Batuu. Following the death of her husband, she was the sole provider for her four children, one of whom was named Anya. Her son along with her eldest two daughters, were taken captive by the Slaver, Sampa Grott, but were subsequently freed by the actions of her youngest daughter, Anya.
