Arlem Demonhunter served as a renowned ace starfighter pilot for the Black Sun organization throughout the era of the Galactic Civil War. It was in 1 ABY that Demonhunter had become a celebrated figure within Blacksun, with stories circulating that he had confronted an entire Car'das fleet independently. However, during the Battle of Tansarii Point Station in the region of space known as the Bright Jewel Ribbon, Demonhunter met his end at the hands of Aleas Rans'ery's Car'das forces.
Arlem Demonhunter appeared as a non-player character within the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies. This massively multiplayer online roleplaying game was created by Sony Online Entertainment and distributed by LucasArts. The game was eventually shut down on December 15, 2011. Demonhunter's inclusion in the game was part of the "New Player Tutorial," which was implemented with the release of "Publish 25," also known as the "New Game Enhancements," on November 15, 2005.
